All our jewellery is created by hand with love and care. Then each present is gift wrapped in tissue and ribbon and presented in a lovely branded box. Your gifts will then be delivered straight to your door. Giving you more time to relax and enjoy your mulled wine.

International Orders - Be sure to order before midnight on 10th December to guarantee delivery in time for Christmas. If you wish to make a Christmas order after 10th December, please contact us before you place your order to discuss your requirements and check whether a delivery before Christmas is still possible.
UK Orders - Be sure to order before midnight on 18th December to guarantee delivery in time for Christmas. If you wish to make a Christmas order after 18th December, please contact us before you place your order to discuss your requirements and check whether a delivery before Christmas is still possible.

EXTENDED RETURNS POLICY
We've extended our standard Returns Policy for the festive season so that orders placed between now and 22nd December 2018 can be returned for an exchange right up until 8th January 2019.
CHRISTMAS OPENING HOURS
Our office and workshop will be closed from 23rd December 2018 until 3rd January 2019. Please note that we will periodically check emails during this period but we cannot guarantee a response and will not process any orders or exchange requests. All orders and exchange requests placed during this time will be dealt with when we reopen on 3rd January 2019.
