ALL WRAPPED UP
All orders placed between 16th November and 17th December will come with fancy festive gift wrapping completely free of charge. We ship orders out in unbranded external packaging so there won’t be any ruined surprises should the mail be intercepted!

LAST ORDER DATE FOR GUARANTEED CHRISTMAS DELIVERY
International Orders - Be sure to order before midnight on 10th December to guarantee delivery in time for Christmas. If you wish to make a Christmas order after 10th December, please contact us before you place your order to discuss your requirements and check whether a delivery before Christmas is still possible.
UK Orders - Be sure to order before midnight on 17th December to guarantee delivery in time for Christmas. If you wish to make a Christmas order after 17th December, please contact us before you place your order to discuss your requirements and check whether a delivery before Christmas is still possible.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays once an order has been dispatched and is in possession of the postal service.

EXTENDED RETURNS POLICY
We've extended our standard Returns Policy for the festive season so that orders placed between 16th November and 17th December can be returned for an exchange right up until 11th January 2016.
CHRISTMAS OPENING HOURS
Our office and workshop will be closed between 24th December and 3rd January. Please note that we will periodically check emails during this period but will not process any orders or returns. All orders and returns placed during this time will be dealt with when we reopen on 4th January 2016.
