FREE NEXT-DAY DELIVERY ON UK ORDERS
All UK orders placed before Midnight on 16th December will be shipped using a guaranteed next-working-day delivery service, completely free of charge. Please note that the next-working-day delivery time is from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed (we will need to make your jewellery first). We will send an email to notify you that your order has been dispatched so you'll know when to expect it.

International Orders - Be sure to order before Midnight on 10th December to guarantee delivery in time for Christmas. EXTENDED RETURNS POLICY
We've extended our standard Returns Policy for the festive season so that orders placed between 1st November and Midnight on 16th December can be returned for an exchange right up until 14th January 2015.
CHRISTMAS OPENING HOURS
Our office and workshop will be closed between 23rd December and 2nd January. Please note that we will periodically check emails during this period but will not process any orders or returns. All orders and returns placed during this time will be dealt with when we reopen on 5th January 2015.
